Continuing Education Workshop - Ethics Training

Did you know that as an LCDC Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), CTI Coordinator and Qualified Credentialed Counselor you could be subject to disciplinary action by the Texas Department of State Health Services if you have not completed CEUs in both Ethics and Clinical Supervision Training?

To safeguard the integrity of the counselor-client relationship and to ensure that the client is provided with services that are most beneficial, this course addresses the special concerns related to ethical and professional practice issues in the addictions field that are qualitatively different than those encountered in other fields of health and human service. The content and learning objectives of this workshop is consistent with those outlined in the independent study; however both will be presented to reinforce the ethical principles and pinpoint what areas you may need improvement in when it comes to maintaining high ethical standards.
